Return Policy

Who Can Request a Return?

Customers facing any issue with their order—whether it’s a sizing problem, color discrepancy, design variation, or a defect—can initiate a return.

Important Notes on Sizing

To avoid sizing concerns, we recommend:

  • Checking our size chart before placing your order.
  • Opting for customization if you’re unsure about your size.

🔹 Please Note: Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer will not be accepted.

Return Guidelines

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Any damaged, stained, or altered products will not be eligible for return.
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned.
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • The item must be sent back to the same warehouse it was shipped from.
  • Use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with our customer support team.

Exchange Policy

If you need a replacement due to size, color, or receiving the wrong item, you can request an exchange by emailing sales@jacketwave.com with a valid reason.

Exchange Process

  1. Send the product back using a trackable shipping service (customer covers return shipping costs).
  2. Our team will inspect the item upon arrival. If approved, your exchange will be processed within 15 business days.

🔹 Exchange Terms:

  • The product must be in original condition.
  • Customized orders cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are free, but customs duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at sales@jacketwave.com with your order details, pictures of the item, and a clear reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return, exchange, or refund accordingly.

Refund Policy

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or misrepresented product, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process & Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • The refund will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5 to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund (excluding any applicable bank charges).
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Orders canceled within 3 days of shipment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
